HEJ is the family venture of Jonathan Hsu, deploying capital in the autism behavioral space. Inspired by my son Eli, I invest at the intersection of clinical infrastructure, behavioral care delivery, and long-term family support systems.

I am an operator first. My perspective is shaped by lived experience navigating the complexity of autism care — the gaps in services, the fragmentation of systems, and the long-horizon nature of the work.

I believe the best infrastructure in this space will be built by people who understand it from the inside.
